Kristy says working at Metro has expanded her skills, challenged her to grow, and prepared her to take on more responsibility, all while giving her opportunities to support the people around her. She sees Metro’s values reflected in her day-to-day through positivity, loyalty, self-motivation, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
One fun fact her coworkers may not know is that Kristy has 11 siblings. With a family that big, it is no surprise she brings patience, teamwork, and compassion into every part of her work life.
Outside the office, Kristy expresses her creativity through crafts, decorating, and helping others. These are the same qualities of generosity and joy she brings to her role at Metro.
When challenges arise, she leans on prayer, stays calm, asks questions, and, as she humorously puts it, “then call Tim Reed.” When she has to adapt, she handles it with faith, support, and a determination to stay positive. She lives by the verse “Philippians 4:13,” which reminds her that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her.
