Meet Michelle, one of the friendly faces who helps make Metro such a supportive and successful team!
When asked what Metro means to her, Michelle shared, “Metro is caring and supportive. We are a different and special type of brand. We want to help people and give them better opportunities.” That heart for helping others shows in everything she does.
Michelle says one of her proudest moments came when her office received a last-minute notice for a large orientation. “Several of my co-workers came together to get the employees ready to start,” she recalled. “All of us working together made the process run smoother and quicker.”
Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time outdoors, riding around in the razor, fishing, or playing fetch with her loyal (and very silly) white German Shepherd, Casper.
When challenges arise, she relies on faith, communication, and teamwork. “Pray about it and ask for help and ask questions,” she said. “Communicating and discussing with others, as well as researching difficult situations, really helps.”
