Her dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. Arnaldo, the Office Coordinator who works alongside Heather, shared, “She’s a hard worker and very knowledgeable on our systems and processes. It’s an absolute delight to work with her, and I’m really happy to be able to work next to amazing people like her.”
Outside of the office, Heather finds joy in the simple, meaningful moments, especially time spent with her husband and her nieces and nephews. “Spending quality time with them is so rewarding to me,” she says.
Her family is also her biggest inspiration. “They’ve made me who I am today.”
And when it comes to facing life’s challenges, Heather leads with heart and optimism. “Trust your instincts. Do the very best you can, and everything will come out just fine. Always think positively, and remember, every day is a new day.”
