Nathan was initially looking for a job closer to home and more hours, and he’s done more than just meet those goals—he has exceeded every expectation. Starting on the second shift, he quickly became a go-to team member, often picking up additional shifts without hesitation and coming in early when needed. His willingness to step up during a challenging time has been invaluable.
Cleaning the tunnels in the plant, where metal shavings accumulate from press machines, is one of the toughest tasks in the facility. It’s far from glamorous, but Nathan approaches it with determination and pride. His hard work in this difficult area has transformed its appearance, leaving no doubt that Metro hires people who can handle vast challenges.
