Packer Job Summary:
- Responsible for maintaining and keeping track of inventory used in the assembly of packaged sandwiches and food products
- Prepare and prep ingredients for their use on the production line, and track the usage of the ingredients
- Someone who works in Inventory Control will perform a multitude of tasks and be able to take direction from supervisors
- They are responsible for following all safety, GMP, and SQF policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/hygiene policies, in cooperation with management
- Work 40-hours a workweek Monday through Friday (with exceptions - may be overtime or less than 40 hours as business needs demand)
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Pack and label finished product in boxes
- Arrange boxes in a designated manner, move product through the warehouse
- Identify and dispose of the defective product
- Keep complete records and notify supervisor of any discrepancies
- Notify supervisor of all equipment issues in a timely manner
- Perform other tasks as outlined by a supervisor, be flexible
- Follow the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Safety Policies including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, Code of Ethics, as well as all material handling, dock, and security safety
Compensation (USD):
$13.00/hour
Schedule:
2nd Shift
Monday - Friday
2:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must wear all proper protective equipment
- Work in constant cold temperatures (25 to 40 F⁰)
- Lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Compliance with all safety rules
- Overtime as required
- No GED/Diploma required
- Must pass Drug Screen
