Q: How long have you worked at Metro Services?
A: I’ve worked at Metro Industrial Services for six months as an Onsite Supervisor.
Q: What does your job entail?
A: I work closely with the Human Resource Manager in making sure all our clients’ staffing needs are met. I also manage our employees’ performance daily.
Q: What’s the unique part of working here?
A: I have worked in manufacturing all my life, but a unique aspect of my onsite position here is learning the client’s production process.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: My favorite part of my job is meeting people, hearing their stories, and trying to make a difference in their life.
Q: What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?
A: The best career lesson I’ve learned in life is to find a job you enjoy and never stop learning new things.
Q: What do you love most about your industry?
A: The staffing industry is great because it helps people in the community and surrounding counties acquire a job that can change their life.
Q: How would you describe Metro’s company culture?
A: Metro's company culture is one big team working to help people and communities find employment in a field most suitable to their individual needs.
Q: What’s a fun fact many people may not know about you?
A: Something people do not know about me is that I am named after country music singers and sisters, Loretta Lynn and Crystal Gayle.
Q: What is the one thing you can’t live without?
A: The one thing I could not survive without is my family. God has blessed me with a great family, and we are always there for each other.
