CMM Technician In Winchester, TN

Metro Services is looking to immediately fill a CMM Technician position for a company in the Automotive Industry in Winchester, TN. This is a Direct Hire position.

Role's Mission:

• To perform the product testing plans according to the customer specifications

Duties for this position include:

• Support testing for innovation, development of new suppliers, and other plant requests as needed
• Validate and track all gages and fixtures
• Responsible for performing any laboratory analysis required during the investigation of internal or external quality claims
• Responsible for performing receiving inspection for wires and parts requiring precise measurement
• Prepare quality laboratory reports as required
• Develop and approve documentation for inspection methods
• Support the Quality team in the identification of equipment, gauging, and tooling necessary to perform testing and investments required.
• Responsible for any internal training needed regarding laboratory inspection methods

Compensation (USD):
$50,000/yearly

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Experience in calibrations, gage R&R, laboratory testing, CMM, and statistics
• Experience with GD&T
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Pass a Drug Screen
• Good Background
