Residential Sales Representative in Chapel Hill, TN

Metro Services is seeking Residential Sales Representatives for an Internet Service Provider in Chapel Hill, TN. These are full-time Direct Hire positions with a base salary, uncapped commissions, and great benefits. Duties for this position include:

• Prospecting Activities: Cold calling residential addresses, relationship building, and follow up through email and text with interested prospects post visit
• Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Qualify prospect and identify their internet, phone and television needs
• Identify and develop territory knowledge and relationships within the community
• Demonstrate, Propose, and Present: Demonstrate United Communications solutions to potential customers, answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales
• Territory Planning and Pipeline Management

Compensation (USD):
$32,500/year plus uncapped commission and mileage reimbursement

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• At least 2-years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Sales, Customer Service, or Tech Support preferred
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record, Current auto insurance, and Reliable transportation
• Ability to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Client-focused with a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
• Able to work independently while prioritizing and managing time effectively
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Results-focused and oriented
• At least Basic level expertise with Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Minimum High School diploma or GED
• Fluent in English
