Duties for this position include:

• Cultivate talent to meet the needs of our clients daily
• Learn/Use Zip Recruiter and Indeed Platforms
• Use recruiting platforms daily
• Partner with community groups
• Set-up job fairs
• Network
• Meet people
• Spend time out in the recruiting field/some travel

Compensation (USD):
$14.00/hour

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Great Socialization/Communication Skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Energetic/Positive attitude
• Organization/Time Management
• Data Entry experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint
